Seven nights in the pink granite islands and impossibly clear water of the Maddalena marine park.

A catamaran-friendly itinerary through Sardinia’s northern archipelago. Short hops between Caprera, La Maddalena, Spargi, Budelli, and the rose-coloured beaches at the centre of the marine reserve. Long swimming days, no road in.

    Cala dei Sardi · embark

    Board mid-afternoon, brief, short sail to Tavolara for first dinner.

  2. 02

    Tavolara to Porto Cervo

    Reach north along the Costa Smeralda. Anchorage at Cala di Volpe.

  3. 03

    Porto Cervo to Caprera

    Cross into the marine park. Anchor at Cala Coticcio.

  4. 04

    Caprera to Spargi

    Snorkel at Cala Corsara. Pink granite outcrops, transparent water.

  5. 05

    Spargi to Budelli

    Anchor off the famed pink-sand beach. Long lazy day.

  6. 06

    Budelli to La Maddalena

    Sail south to the harbour town. Evening ashore.

  7. 07

    Cala dei Sardi · disembark

    Final passage south. Breakfast aboard, disembark mid-morning.
