About Neo Sailing

A floating home for those who choose to move in harmony with the rhythm of the sea.

A way of being

For us, setting sail means slowly leaving behind speed, noise, and excess — and stepping into a deeper flow.

Our journeys carry the purest spirit of the Mediterranean: salt-scented mornings, long shared tables, conversations beneath the stars, and a pace set by the wind.

Neo Sailing is a community, a lifestyle, and an invitation. We love heading out to sea to find our own rhythm, to remember it again, and to share this feeling with the people we love.

An invitation

Do you believe in the power beyond words — the power of endless seas, laughter echoing over water, children diving into the sea, elders with childlike spirits, those who never grow old, those who smile, those who smile beneath wooden tables, those who smile at wooden tables under olive trees?

Do you believe in the café owner still listening to the radio in some village, in some bay of the Aegean or the Mediterranean; in the young man drinking his coffee there; in the dreamers wandering under the sun; in those who say, “I still have something new to say under the sun”; in those who travel the world searching for their words?

If you believe in all this, you’re one of us. We’re waiting for you.

What guides us

Three principles. Everything else is detail.

01

A different way to travel

Most travel is about getting somewhere. We believe in moving through places — slowly, attentively, and with intention. Days begin with the light, not the schedule. Routes adapt to the sea, not the other way around. Moments aren’t rushed or overplanned — they’re allowed to happen. This is travel without excess. Just what matters: the water, the wind, the people you share it with.

02

Open to all, guided by experience

You don’t need to be a sailor to join us. Many of our guests step on a sailboat for the first time. Every journey is led by experienced skippers, creating a space where you can learn, observe, or simply be. Some choose to get involved with sailing, others prefer to take it in from the deck. Both are equally part of the experience.

03

Curated routes, not fixed itineraries

We don’t follow rigid schedules. Each route is carefully designed, but always flexible. Weather, season, and local knowledge shape the journey in real time. A quiet bay might replace a busy harbour. An early departure might lead to an empty anchorage. The sea leads. We follow.

A note from us

“The sea leads. We follow.”

We choose boats for how they sail, captains for who they are at midnight on the foredeck, and routes for the kind of week we’d want to be on. Eight guests, never more.

We’re still tuning it every season. If you sail with us, we’d love to hear what you think.
